Kraft Power brings technological solutions to the mining industry through Transfluid brand fluid couplings, which offer a soft start control without circuit boards, a shock absorber without springs, a torque limiter without wear surfaces and load sharing control in a dual motor drive without parameter sets. Tranfluid fluid couplings are available in sizes to handle fractional horsepower up to 5,000 horsepower. Kraft Power will be displaying a Transfluid 15 KX at booth 139. The KX fluid coupling is very suitable for driving machines having large powers and inertia: typical applications are mills and belt conveyors.
